Bradley Gillispie
Brad is a Certified Residential Appraiser who started in the business in late 1998. He was part of a medium size Real Estate Services company as well as partner in a small appraisal office. In July 2007, he started Gillispie Appraisal Services as President and Cheif Appraiser.
He specializes in Residential properties for several types of clients. Appraisals services are performed for lending, estates, legal professionals, private home owners, investors, banks, builders and Realtors. For properties that are outside of his expertise, Brad has a network of other appraisers to help you when Gillispie Appraisal Services does not service an area or type of property.
Personally, Brad is married to Melissa, a school nurse for a local school district. Together they have two beautiful children, Alexander, 18 and Ashley, 17. They also have three labradors and two dachshunds.
